Brazil Community Park 

     Heat 1- Brooks had a slow start in both morning practices trying to dial in this huge walking track converted to a race track.  Brooks drew the pole and lead the first 8 laps till he was ran off the track with lapped traffic and fell to 2nd place.  He caught the leader (Zack) and got a great run coming off of turn 3 of the tri-oval, made it 4 wide at the finish line and beat Zack for the win by .07 seconds!  Their 3rd photo finish in 3 races.  Heat 2- In the second heat the field was inverted so he had to start 13th.  Brooks made several gutsy moves on 3 starts following accidents and was able to capture several positions.  He ran a smart and patient race taking over second place just before the white flag but was 9 seconds behind the leader. Not to bad going from 13th to 2nd in 9 laps.  Feature- In the Feature he started on the pole and led the whole way but not a drive in the park, Zack was on his butt the whole way and even survived a couple runs with contact and a partial crash with 2 laps left.  Neither Brooks or Zack would give up the line and they traded paint in turn 3 sideways on exit!  Somehow both drivers recovered and took the white flag!  Brooks was able to get by a run on a lapped car going into 3 and Zack got caught allowing Brooks to win by 6 car lengths!  WHAT A SHOW THEY PUT ON!
