From an Interview:

Carmel Mortgage Group is a family owned and operated company that started out in 2000 on the north side of Indianapolis in the town of Carmel.  Since then CMG has grown every year and has recently expanded with a new office in the south suburb of Indianapolis in the great little town of Trafalgar.  CMG is kicking off it's eighth year in business and has experienced tremendous success and loyalty in a short amount of time.  Their staff proudly boasts a 56% repeat business rate which is unheard of in the mortgage industry.  CEO Anthony levy states, "We have done this by going above and beyond our customers expectations.  We truly care about our customers and care more about their long term being rather than just the short."  They have been able to do this because they are all about the Family.  Mr. Levy stated several times that "stable finances leads to stable families"…  From CMG's Leadership to it's staff and down through it's support teams, their focus is to help benefit the families through creating and then maintaining those elusive stable finances through sound choices.

Mr. Levy adds, "In today’s society it is difficult to get ahead, even when you plan ahead.  Understanding the rules of the game in regards to finances gives you a better opportunity for obtaining your goals.  At Carmel Mortgage Group we help our customers learn the basics of finances and how they impact them.  Our staff will take the time to explain how to get out of debt, use an amortization table, and how to develop a strategy for monitoring your credit.  We believe that providing more than just a mortgage is how to build long term relationships with our customers and referral partners." 

Old fashion is out right?  Most companies today do things the New Corporate way where the bottom lines are all that count.  At Carmel Mortgage Group they still choose the OLD FASHIONED WAY.... shaking hands, breaking bread, and making friends.  When stategizing on loan programs they don’t provide the option that is best for CMG; rather which is best for their the customer!  Answering more than just the questions asked is a common practice and game playing is unacceptable.  You can count on the CMG staff to exercise the utmost integrity and be upfront regardless of good or bad news.  These are promises you can count on.
